TUESDAY September 28th
Beautiful Eyes Booth
Time: 10a.m. – 4p.m.
Location: SUB
Let your eyes be judged for all to see in this
- Picture of the eyes of the teams Anchorman/woman is due by 5 p.m. Friday September 18th at the DG house
- This event focuses on Delta Gamma’s Philanthropy, Service for Sight
- Proceeds going to the CNIB and the United Way
- One jar for each team
- Jar has picture of the contestants eyes
Penny = +1 point
Nickel = +5 points
Dime = -10 points
Quarter = +25 points
Loonie = -100 points
Toonie = +200 points

Dress your Sailor
How fast will your crew be in ship-shape for inspection?
- Sailor to be dressed will be up on the pool deck & 4 crew members will assist in retrieving the floating items.
- Next crew member cannot enter pool until previous member has exited the pool
- Items to find in pool
- Sailor hat
- Anchor Splash t-shirt
- Captains wheel
- Anchor
- Whistle
- Blow whistle when all items are on your sailor to signal your completion.
- DO NOT DIVE into the poolà will be disqualified if this rule is not followed
- You cannot interfere with the another teams competing, if your teams does interfere a 10 second penalty will be added to your time
Dolphin Relay
No hands, No problem!
It is your turn to behave like creatures of the sea in a race of agility.
- 4 swimmers will compete
- Push the beach ball with your nose
- Hands behind your backàcan’t touch the ball
- If the ball is touched 10 seconds will be added to the team’s time
- Each swimmer will swim 2 lengths – there and back
- The next swimmer can enter the pool when the previous swimmer touches the edge
- DO NOT dive into the pool
Synchronized Swimming
A little musical high seas hi-jinx!
- 2-3 minute routine
- Up to 10 swimmers can participate
- NO swearing/inappropriate words and material or innuendo
- Will result in disqualification

Wet T-shirt Relay
Because you just never know when you’ll be shipwrecked!
- 4 swimmers
- Each swimmer will swim 2 lengths – there and back
- The swimmer must be out the pool to exchange the t-shirt
- DO NOT dive into the pool
- You cannot interfere with another team during the raceà 10 second penalty will happen if interference occurs
Belly-flop Competition
It’ll only hurt for a moment!
- 1 team member will participate
- Jump off the platforms in the deep end
- Judges will be impartial and decide which sailor wins
Raft Races
Whose floating frigate will reign supreme of the high seas?
- The raft must float
- Your raft will be judged on creativity, floatability and appearance
- Rafts must be tasteful and appropriate à disqualification if raft does not comply
- A minimum of 1 rider – team member or coach
- The rider(s) can’t have any body part in the water
- Maximum of 4 team members in the pool pushing the raft
- You CAN’T pull the raft from the opposite side of the pool
- Minimum of at least one hand from a single person on the raft at all times
- Must push the raft one lap à there and back
- Time will stop when all the team members are touching the wall
